Anglo Zulu War Talks
Rob Caskie, Senior Lecturer at Fugitives’ Drift, conducts talks in the UK, often two or three times a year. These talks take the battles of Isandlwana or Rorke’s Drift as their subject and have proved to be hugely popular; these talks have often been in support of charitable causes.
The next series of talks will take place in June / July 2011 at a number of venues around Britain.
On 28th June 2011, Rob will be talking about the Battle of Rorke’s Drift at Brecon Cathedral. Brecon is also the home to the 24th Regiment museum (now known as the Royal Regiment of Wales) who fought at Isandlwana and Rorke’s Drift so why not take the opportunity to visit the museum in the afternoon and then listen to the story of Rorke’s Drift in the evening.
For dates and ticket information, please visit the Fugitives Drift website>>
